BOOKING CONDITIONS

50% of the reserved value of the booking on confirmation of booking. Minimum deposit 1 night.

Bookings are confirmed at time of deposit payment.

Cancellation over 30 days prior to arrival = 25% of paid deposit. 30-7days prior to arrival = 75% of reserved value. Less than 7 days prior to arrival = 100% of reserved value. Early depart or no show = 100% of reserved value.
