There are two World class golf courses to be found near J-Bay Zebra Lodge and is a must on your golfing holiday itinerary. In 2018 both St-Francis Links and Humewood respectively ranked number 6 and 7 in South Africa. Beach Horse Riding
Feel the fresh sea breeze and smell the foliage as you take in the breathtaking views of dunes and ocean while strolling down a stretch of deserted beach. There’s no better way to explore the beautiful coast than on a horseback. Be on the lookout for a variety of bird species, tortoises, bushbuck, plant and marine life and even a whale or a pod of dolphins.

Mountain Biking

You can look forward to over 200 km of purpose built trails starting right at Zebra Lodge or you could explore the Baviaanskloof, a place of contrasts offering towering red mountains laying against Karoo plains and lush green valleys.
Surfing
The home of “Supertubes”, arguably the longest and most perfect right hand point break wave in the world! It also forms part of the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour which takes place in July every year. The surfing culture in Jeffreys Bay combined with its variety of waves makes it perfect for beginners and pros alike.
